Welcome to my practice! Taking the initial steps toward seeking support may feel uncertain, or even intimidating. I am here to answer any questions you might have about therapy and to assist you on your journey toward improved mental health. Whether you have been in therapy before, or whether you are considering therapy for the very first time, I look forward to working alongside you as we progress toward your personal goals. I seek to create a therapeutic environment that is nonjudgemental, safe, and affirming for all of my clients. I deeply believe that everyone deserves access to therapy.
