Initial Phone Consultation - Complimentary
This consultation is complimentary and lasts approximately 20 minutes. During this phone call, I will assess your needs and determine if I can competently address them. You and I determine together if we are a good fit after you ask any questions you may have related to therapy and working together on your goals. Please have your questions prepared before our consultation. To schedule a consultation, please contact me by phone or email. My contact information can be located on the Contact page.
Initial Intake Appointment - $225
This is the first session between client and therapist. During this initial 60 minute appointment, I will gather extensive historical information and assess your current needs. Following this appointment, I will spend an additional 45 minutes completing paperwork and the initial clinical assessment note.
Individual Psychotherapy - $185
These are the regular therapy sessions between client and therapist. Typically these sessions occur weekly, but frequency varies based on each client’s unique needs. Sessions are approximately 60 minutes in length, with the first 50 minutes comprised of the therapist and client meeting via telehealth and the last ten minutes reserved for the therapist to complete the clinical note.

Do you have PPO Insurance?
I am happy to provide you with a “Superbill” that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. It is imperative that you contact your insurance company BEFORE beginning therapy to inquire about reimbursement rates for mental health treatment. Please note that you must initially pay out of pocket for services before insurance provides any potential reimbursement. Not all PPO insurances offer out-of-network benefits, so please be aware that it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to obtain further information about any potential out-of-network benefits.
To inquire further about your out-of-network insurance benefits, I suggest contacting your insurance company directly and asking the following questions:
What are my out-of-network benefits for behavioral health?
What percentage of my outpatient, psychotherapy sessions will be reimbursed?
Do I need an authorization number to activate behavioral health benefits?
How many outpatient, psychotherapy sessions am I allowed per calendar year?
When does the calendar year start and end?
What is my deductible? Must I meet the deductible before I am able to be reimbursed?
Where can I find the claim form I need to submit? Can I submit my claim online through my insurance app or your website? Where do I send the claim form if I need to fax or mail it?
How long should I expect to wait until I receive reimbursement?
